The Customer Development Manager provides support to the Commercial Manager with departmental operational duties in addition to planning, coordinating and monitoring sales tactics across our Top 20 independent accounts to maximise profitability and growth in alignment with the company’s vision and financial objectives. The Customer Development Manager will have direct oversight of our key chain stores through continuous engagement as a means to build and maintain strong relationships.

• BSc. in Business Administration or equivalent
• At least four (4) years’ sales experience at a senior level
• At least five (5) years of supervisory/leadership experience
• Proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite with Excel at the Intermediate/Advanced level of Excel
• Experience in the manufacturing/distribution industry/ FMCG is an asset
• Capable of problem-solving methodologies to determine financial and operational business initiative impact
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
