Semone’s career in the pharmaceutical industry began over two years ago as a category manager for over-the-counter products. This role was the first step in a storied career that has been marked by dedication to improving healthcare through strategic marketing and impactful leadership. Chosen by the pharmaceutical field somewhat serendipitously, she has embraced the challenges and opportunities of the industry, using a unique blend of marketing, sales, and commercial expertise to enhance quality service.
As the current Head of the Pharmaceutical Division, Semone leads a dynamic team, thriving in an environment that values diverse perspectives and innovative ideas. The most rewarding aspect of her role has been witnessing the direct positive impact of the team’s work on people’s lives, affirming that their efforts extend beyond the business.
